April 2019 Newsletter – Busy as a bee

It has been a busy month but I am afraid it is going to be busier.  I am taking my mum on a cruise in June.  It is something she always wanted to do in her lifetime, so I am glad to be part of it.  However, this also means I have to prepare reviews in advance, because I don’t want to leave the blog blank for a month (at least, not for now).

Last month’s review included embroidery tights from Wolford, which were made of exceptional craftsmanship; a seamless tights from Le Bourget featuring a distinctively shaped waistband; and pearl-like glittering sheer tights from Oroblù.  If you missed any of the reviews, be sure to go back via the links below.

Hosiery for Men Blogger shares his experiences of his Wolford Headquarters visit

In a two part series, the creator and blogger of Hosiery for Men shares his thoughts during his visit to Wolford Headquarters.  The first part mainly talks about how Wolford make their hosiery.  The second part focused on sustainability and mens’ market.  The latter was also the main reason for the blogger’s visit.  Both articles contain interesting info regarding the Brand’s current status and goals.  Be sure not to miss it, especially if you love Wolford:

Heist Studios publishes FAQ for men wearing tights

The Brand recently published a FAQ answering potential queries of men wearing their seamless tights.  I have also shared the news in my blog, which you can find the link below.

Hello Allan, I just found your blog and I find it very interesting and informative. I have followed Hosiery for Men for many years and find both sites fascinating. I do love how you show more pictures of you wearing your products rather than using stock photos from the hosiery sited themselves. It is nice to know that there are men out there that are trying to spread the word on tights/pantyhose, leggings, and other clothing items normally considered women’s clothing. Please keep up the good work and I hope to continue reading your reviews for a long time.
