I was browsing on the UK Tights website and I saw this unique shape of waistband by Le Bourget, so I decided to give it a try.
Strengths & Weaknesses
⊕ Very stretchy hose.
⊕ Narrow front side of the waistband is especially practical when bending forward.
⊗ Somewhat synthetic feel.
Packaging & product description
The packaging is pretty much the same as the Héritage Collant Luxe 30D tights I reviewed before. You can link here for details or simply see the images below.
Again, I am having trouble accessing the English version of the official website. For this reason I have included the product description from the back of the packing, which reads:
“An high-range collection in the standards of luxury and modernity. The sophistication of soft colours punctuated with a touch of Prussian blue to affirm a remarkable identity. The 20D Sans Couture tights is a seamless tights which provides a nude skin effect, a high comfort and which is invisible under the clothes.”
Appearance & texture
The Héritage Collant Sans Couture 20 are sheer, seamless tights (20 denier) in matte fashion. It is sheer-to-waist. The total length measure 71 long when laid on a flat surface. The distance between the tip of the waistband and the crotch is 14.5cm. The texture is soft but not particularly smooth to the touch. The knitted waistband measures 7cm wide on the front side, and 8.5cm on the rear side. Although the tight is without a tag, the word “BACK” is sewn on the inner rear of the waistband. There is no gusset, and the toe section is not reinforced.
The composition for the waistband is 89% nylon and 11% elastane, and the hose: 83% nylon and 17% elastane.

Size range
There are two sizes for this style, T1/2 and T3/4. Interestingly, the size chart I found on the website better matches the size range than the one on the rear cover. I have attached both size charts below. Size T1/2 is used in this review.

Colour
At the time of writing this review, there are two colours available: Noir and Bronze. I have bought Noir for this review.
Impression
FIT
Thanks to a very stretchy hose, the fit was good and true to the size recommendation. The envelopment was also good, with the tights hugging the leg uniformly. The waistband was comfortable to wear and didn’t roll down or sag. I found the narrow front side of the waistband especially practical when bending forward. There were fewer wrinkles at the belly in doing so. In addition, the toe seam was long enough to give the toes sufficient room to wiggle.
LOOK
The appearance was total matte and looked more like a pair of 15 denier (instead of 20 den). Combined with the black colour, it had a dark, blurry effect on the legs. The colour was evenly distributed, and have a look of good quality.
As you would have expected, the front side of the waistband is narrower than that of the rear. Thus the lower torso is more exposed due to the sheer nature of the panty. I haven’t figured out how this could affect styling, so I will leave this to you.
One note, the stitches on both sides of the panty resemble to those seen in the seamless tights by Heist Studios. I do wonder if this is a common technique or a patented one.
FEEL
The texture felt soft but a little rough, like very fine powder. It was very stretchy, and somehow synthetic to the skin. In addition, the breathability was good.
Final words
I like the way the waistband is designed for the style. However, I am not particularly fond of the material. There are seamless tights made by other brands that gives a more comfortable feel.
The original price for the style is €28.75. Now it is 60% OFF on the Online Shop (€11.50).
